Brethyn Brith Threads

Knitting yarns and embroidery threads are where I started when I worked at home in the kitchen with jam pans full of yarn. I found jam pans were just the right size for what I was doing. I no longer produce the knitting yarns, but the embroidery threads are still available in a range of silks, linens and wool.

My range of ’space-dyed’ yarns come in cotton, rayon, linen, and silk, and were originally known as Brethyn Brith threads.

These threads are all fun to use for creative embroidery, quilting or general stitching.

As these threads are hand-dyed depth of colour can vary from one dye batch to the next, so I would recommend that you purchase all your requirements in one go.

I would recommend dry cleaning any finished work.
